The cost of construction and installation works carried out on the territory of Ukraine, in the reporting period from January to November 2013, compared with a similar reporting period of 2012, went up by 5.8 percent – these data were officially submitted by the State Statistical Service of Ukraine.
According to the latest post, the increase in cost for construction and installation work was recorded in almost all construction segments. The State Statutes data indicate that the most significantly grew up in the price of work in the field of the construction of residential buildings, as well as complexes of industrial structures. The growth was 6.7 and 6.6 percent, respectively. The insignificant cost of construction and installation work was recorded in non-residential buildings and engineering structures-at 5.1 and 4.6 percent, respectively.
The situation is different in the neighboring Belarus, since, for example, buying welding electrodes in Minsk is cheaper than in Kyiv. In this case, the quality of the electrodes remains at a high level.
It should be noted that the cost of installation and construction work in November last 2012, compared with the month of 2013, demonstrated an increase in the region of 1.6 percent.
The work associated with work in the field of equipment and installation of power lines, pipelines and communications – a little more than 2 percent has significantly risen in price. Transport facilities and their construction have risen in price the least – 1.4 percent.
The official data of the GOSTAT indicate that the cost of construction and installation works in the country for the first half of the last 2013, compared with the 2012 indicator, increased by an average of 6.5 percent. I would immediately like to pay attention to the fact that this is the lowest indicator for the reporting period of the last three years. In 2011, the increase in the cost of such work was recorded at 12.6 percent, and in 2010 – 19.4 percent.
