With the onset of summer, people often buy everyone’s favorite treat – ice cream. This product not only cheers up, but also allows you to escape from the stuffy and hot atmosphere.
Currently, in the shops of any city there is a huge assortment of ice cream for every taste. When choosing our favorite ice cream, we always study the composition indicated on the package, and often the result of reading does not please us at all. The composition of ice cream includes various flavor enhancers, emulsifiers and stabilizers. I don’t feel like eating ice cream anymore. It is unlikely that with such a composition, ice cream is useful for adults, and even more so for children. It is possible to make ice cream at home using only natural ingredients.
Homemade ice cream recipe is easy and quick to prepare.
For cooking and ice cream, you will need the following ingredients:
Bank of condensed milk;
Half a kilogram of sour cream;
A pinch of vanillin.
To make ice cream, a freezer or a conventional mixer is used. Pour a jar of condensed milk into a container for mixing ingredients, spread sour cream and add vanillin. Stir the resulting mixture thoroughly until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Strawberry juice or cocoa powder can be used to flavor ice cream. The finished mixture is placed in a container with a tight-fitting lid and put in the freezer. Now the ice cream must be thoroughly mixed for three hours every hour. To do this, we take out the ice cream from the refrigerator, transfer it into a container and beat with a mixer or rub with a fork. Then we transfer the ice cream to the container and continue to freeze. This must be done before the ice cream begins to melt. After a three -fold repetition of this process – ice cream is ready for use.
It is better to apply ice cream with a special round spoon, previously moistened in warm water. A round spoon will allow you to form ice cream in the form of balls that children really like. There is a better ice cream slightly melted, so you can completely enjoy an unforgettable taste. It is enough only 10 minutes to hold ice cream at room temperature or put not a few seconds in a microwave oven.
Ready-made ice cream can be eaten with pieces of fruit, chocolate, nuts or raisins, so various syrups are suitable.
