Independent hobs have been enjoying increasing popularity for the past few years. They are also convenient, like ordinary plates, but take up less space, which is very important for small kitchens with built -in furniture. This is a great choice for those cases when there is no need in the oven, for example, in kitchens-studios. Along with the convenience of operation, this device necessary in the household combines both elegant design and high quality.
However, when choosing the panel in the foreground, the question arises – it will be a modern electric hob or traditional gas.
The easiest way to solve it is when the gas is absent as such. In the presence of a choice, three options are possible – gas, electric or compromise combined surface, symbiosis of gas burners and electrical accidents.
Option 1 – gas, much more economical. Gas compared to electricity is much cheaper. The gas hobs of the modern type are equipped with an electric light and the Safety Safety system “GAZ-CONTROL”. Option 2-an electric hob has two main types-with traditional type burners and glass-ceramic panels with various options for burners (rapid, halogen, Hi-Light burners). Traditional panels are warming up for a long time and also cooled for a long time. Outwardly, they look like a regular plate. Glass -ceramic surfaces that have a strong, perfectly smooth surface use great attention, and are very easy to clean, however, with special means. But, as already mentioned, the use of them costs more.
In some circumstances, it is advisable to choose the third option – combined.
