How to cook meals with milk and dairy products

Milk is a product that is useful for the human body throughout life. It is perfectly composed and combined by nature itself.

Therefore, it is very widespread in the culinary business. It is eaten as an independent product, but milk has received even greater use as a raw material for preparing a host of other tasty, nutritious and healthy dishes. For example, milk and whey are used to prepare cereals, kissels, soups, etc.d., stew mushrooms and vegetables in milk, to increase the shelf life – brew mustard with milk. You can keep salted fish in milk (it will become more tender), add milk to boiling broth while cooking very tough fish or fish with a specific smell ..

Such popular products as sour cream, cream, kefir, fermented baked milk, butter, curdled milk, katyk, cheeses, cottage cheese, condensed milk, powdered milk, ice cream and much, much more are made from milk itself.

And here is a small part of the many recipes for cooking dishes from milk and with the addition of it and dairy products.

Curds (cheesecakes).  To prepare them, you will need: 250 grams of cottage cheese, one egg, 2 tablespoons of flour or a third of a glass of crushed crackers, 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar, as well as salt, fat or margarine for frying.

You need to grind the cottage cheese with a wooden spoon. Thoroughly mix crushed crackers or flour, egg, salt and sugar in cottage cheese. The prepared mixture should be thick. Then flour is poured onto a cutting board and the curd mass is spread on it. The mass should be divided into eight, approximately equal, parts. Cakes are molded from these parts, they are pressed lightly on top so that they turn out flat. Then the cakes are fried in fat heated in a pan (cottage cheese should be golden in color).

curd drink.  To prepare the drink you will need: 3 tablespoons of cottage cheese, 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar, 1 glass of kefir or milk and 1 glass of compote syrup or juice.

Cottage cheese is rubbed with sugar in a small saucepan or deep cup, after that, adding and constantly stirring, add kefir or juice and syrup or juice to the curd. The finished drink is poured into glasses and served on the table.

Milk shake.  Required: 3 cups of milk, half a cup of syrup and 100 grams of ice cream.

You need to prepare a cocktail as follows: Pour cold milk into a mixer (hand beater), add syrup, ice cream and beat well. Serving a ready-made cocktail in a glass with a straw. The cocktail must be cold.

Curd with apples.  To prepare this dish, the following products are needed: 250 grams of cottage cheese, 2-3 apples, 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar.

First, peel the apples and grate on a coarse grater. Then you need, grated apples, mix with cottage cheese and granulated sugar, sprinkle a little with lemon juice. Recommended to serve with cookies or crackers.

Chocolate curd mass.  To prepare the dish, you will need: 100 grams of cottage cheese, 20 milliliters of cream or milk, 15 grams of butter and sugar, 5 grams of cocoa powder, 0.01 grams of vanillin and 1yic yolk.

The yolk needs to be ground with sugar, then add cocoa powder (you can add chopped chocolate instead of powder) and vanillin. The whole mixture must be diluted with hot cream or milk. Then, stirring, you need to heat the mixture to a temperature of 80 degrees in a water bath. Then you need to put this mass to cool.

And at the end, beat the softened butter (like a cream), while adding a little grated cottage cheese and chocolate mixture. The dish is ready.

Serve in a salad bowl or on a plate, both with whipped cream and in its natural form.
