Berry casserole – a delicacy that is wonderful because it is easy to prepare. Such a dish is healthy, tasty and suitable as a dessert for those people who lead a healthy lifestyle or diet.
For cooking you need: a baking dish or baking sheet, parchment paper; 50g butter, 2 chicken eggs, 300g cottage cheese, 2st.tablespoons of semolina, ½ tsp.spoons of sugar, ½ tsp.tablespoons cinnamon, 1 hour.spoon of vegetable oil.
Some tips: instead of semolina, it is possible to use rice (preferably in the form of round grains) or rice flakes. The butter should be added to the casseroled mass itself, but it can be replaced with sour cream. Any can be used as vegetable oil: sunflower, soy, olive and others. Do not use raspberries for filling, their bones fall between the teeth during meals, which slightly worsens the impression of the dish. Store the finished casserole in the refrigerator at a temperature of 0 ° to +4 ° C, preferably no more than a day. You can serve a dish on the table both warm and cold.
How to do:
Mix butter/sour cream with cottage cheese. Mix thoroughly and beat with a whisk. It is better to use a blender. Add sugar, cereal and eggs. Mix again and beat.
Put parchment paper in baking, grease it with vegetable oil. This is necessary so that the casserole does not burn.
Spread half of the resulting mass in an even layer in a baking dish. Evenly spread most of the berries on the mass, two to three centimeters from the edge of the mass. This is necessary so that during baking the berry juice does not flow out and does not burn.
Spread the remaining half on top. Make a rim along the top edge of the mass.
Put the mold in the oven for 20 minutes, baking temperature is about 180˚C.
After twenty minutes, the casserole should be almost ready. Decorate the casserole with the remaining berries and cinnamon.
Leave the casserole for another 5-7 minutes in the oven. You can decorate the dish with berry syrup or chocolate.
How to make syrup:
Take 50 grams of berries, wash them. Put in a container.
Sprinkle the berries with 50 grams of sugar. Put the berries in a cold place.
After a while, syrup will begin to stand out from the berries. It is better to prepare it in advance, before preparing the casserole, as this can take some time.
If you decide to use a recipe that uses rice, you should prepare it in advance. Rice grains should be washed and boiled in boiling water for 10-15 minutes until they become soft. Important: do not boil the rice until it crumbles! Rice flakes should be prepared according to the method described by the manufacturer on the package.
