“Cheese sticks”. What is needed for this:

1 st. flour

100 gr. Margarine

100 gr. Cheese

1 st. l. Cognac

2 egg yolks

salt and sugar to taste

Preparation: grind flour with margarine and yolks, add cheese, sugar, salt, cognac and knead the dough, put it in the refrigerator for an hour.

Then roll out the dough and cut sticks out of it, put on a baking sheet and bake until light yellow.

Sweet cookies

“Christmas fun”. What is needed for this:

1 st. flour

150 gr. drain. butter or margarine

floor. st. Sahara

salt to taste

2 yolks.

For decoration:

icing sugar (1 tbsp. powdered sugar, 4 tbsp. spoons of water, food coloring).

Preparation: knead the dough from flour, sugar, butter and yolks and put in a cold place for an hour. Then roll out and cut out of it New Year’s figures (Christmas trees, stars, symbols of the coming year) and bake in the oven until golden crust. Cool the finished cookies and decorate with sugar icing to taste (use green food coloring for the Christmas tree, yellow for the stars), sprinkle with colorful candies.

“Tubes with a secret”. Would need:

2 st. flour

2 yolks

200 gr. drain. Oils

floor. st. Sahara

salt

1 hour. L. Cognac

cinnamon and vanilla to taste

Filling: grind nuts (hazelnuts, cashews, walnuts) and mix with orange jam and powdered sugar. Sprinkling: powdered sugar.

Preparation: mix all the ingredients for the dough and put it in the refrigerator for an hour. Then roll out the dough and cut triangles out of it, put the filling on each triangle on the wider side and roll it into a tube. Place in oven and bake until golden. Sprinkle finished cookies with powdered sugar.
