A similar ring structure has become available thanks to the use of diagonal-red structures technology, also known as Diagrid. The central part of the hall is designed so that there are no supports and supporting structures inside. The dome of the entire roof is quite transparent to ensure natural light and high -quality ventilation. The center is planned to use the most progressive developments in energy -saving technologies – a system of water recirculation, solar panels.
