Sintering of porous aggregate Commercial construction

This product with well -organized processing that practically does not contain harmful impurities is called agglomerate.

The sintering of the porous aggregate is carried out due to unburned coal, which is usually available in slag and ash, or, in extreme cases, in case of a shortage in the source shiht, by some additive of the required fuel. The weight of the agglomerate in the scattering is 600-800 kg/m with a compression strength limit of 25 to 150 kg/cm. If you decide to arrange a picnic on the weekend, then you will find everything you need to conduct it: kits for a picnic.

On enriched fuel slags according to optimal production technology, with reduced cement costs and short processing on runners accelerated, with selected mixtures selected in grain composition, light concrete in a state of volume weight with a voluminous weight of 1200-600 kg/f and the compression strength limit 50-100 kg/cm.

Some of the enlarged easily concrete structures (large blocks and other.) can be made of concrete on few so far used gas generator slag and ash obtained and brown coals.

On certain types of such slags, concrete can be obtained with a higher compression strength (100-150 kg/cm2) with a volume weight of 1400-1800 kg/f with a cement consumption of 120-200 kg/W3.

These types of industrial raw materials include, for example, toxins, which are waste operations of gas generator stations of industrial plants and special installations.
